Why do people love pregnant women so much, but hate on them and their babies once they're out of the belly? That was a recent dinner topic between pregnant Maura and new mommy and super-duper writer Mayrav.

Baby Showers Pt. 2
Then the next weekend Carrie and Jeremy threw us Baby Shower Pt. 2. The only thing hotter than the Encino heat were the chicken wings. Good food, good friends and good gifts. What more could you ask for?

Baby Showers Pt. 1
We were lucky enough to have two baby showers. First up, a trip to mom's house for an afternoon with the family and friends that live east of the 605 fwy.
Kitchen 2.0: Now with Doors!
Kitchen 2.0 is nearing completion. There is a counter top, doors, even stuff in the cabinets. No knobs or handles yet. But that's what tape is for, right?
